Symbols

When you’re making your way around the Ameibo site, you will come across different "icons". If you don’t immediately understand what they mean, Ameibo has conveniently placed an explanation right next to each "icon". Just run your mouse pointed over the "?" that sits to the right of the "icon" that you don’t understand and all your questions will be answered.

Padlock The "lock locked" icon indicates that the movie is Copy protected (DRM).
The movie can only be seen with Windows Media Player 11 or higher.
Mac Users – it’s possible to watch the movie with VMware Fusion on Mac OSX. If you don’t have VMware Fusion installed, you can still download the movie in order to share and earn money.
Open padlock The "lock unlocked" icon means that the movie is not Copy protected. And that means that the download works on all computers and operating systems. But remember – even if a product isn’t Copy protected, international laws of distribution and copyright still apply.

Question mark The "question mark" icon doesn’t mean it has a question for you – it means it has an answer for you. Each time you see this "icon" put your mouse pointer over it and you’ll get useful info and help. This is especially helpful for the newest members of the Ameibo community.

Question mark The "exclamation" icon indicates that there’s additional info to receive if you run you mouse pointer over it.

Question mark The "bar" icons are the place to look if you want to see up to the second info about which movies are creating the biggest BUZZ on Ameibo
